For the purpose of business expansion we are announcing the following vacant position:
JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping of incoming and outgoing invoices, cost import, and export documentation;
- Control and harmonization of commodity/material with financial accounting;
- Bookkeeping of records of all business transactions;
- Calculation of VAT;
- Keeping records of fixed assets;
- Checking the accuracy of received documentation;
- Assisting in the preparation of official financial statements and audits;
- Preparing off banking transactions;
- Other general accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- University or college degree (level 5 to 7)
- 1-3 years of working experience in an accounting department
- English is excellent in speaking and writing. German would be an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and other tools (Outlook, Internet).
- Knowledge of working in AB SOFT and SAP is an advantage.
