Amendments of the decision on local utility taxes for the territory of the city of Belgrade provides an increase in the amount of company display tax:

  • Large companies located in stores in the extra zone, and belong to the first group, which includes banks, bookmakers, mobile and telephone services, insurance, instead of the amount of 807.544,00 dinars, will have to set aside 1.090.184,00 dinars in the name of the company display tax. When it comes to the same group of jobs, but in the cheapest eighth zone, large companies will have to pay about 277.000,00 dinars instead of about 164.000,00 dinars.
  • When it comes to the same zone, but for micro-enterprises, they will have to pay about 50.000,00 dinars more – instead of 161.509,00, the company display tax will be 218.037,00 dinars.
  • For medium-sized companies, this fee will cost around 654.000,00 dinars in the first zone, while in the current year, they paid approximately 484.000,00 dinars for this tax.

The second group of activities, which includes the electric power industry, night bars, discos, and postal activities, can also count on the increase of company display tax:

  • Large companies in the first zone will expect levies of around 817.000,00 dinars instead of the current 605.000,00 dinars.
  • Large companies in the second zone will have to count on costs of around 575.000,00 dinars, while so far they had to pay around 425.000,00 dinars.

Medium-sized companies are obliged to pay about 490.000,00 dinars for the local tax, or about 127.000,00 dinars more than now.

Small companies will have to pay around 172.000,00 instead of 127.000,00 dinars.

Entrepreneurs and legal entities that are classified into micro and small legal entities, except for the first, second, and third groups (banking, property and personal insurance, production and trade of oil and oil derivatives, production and wholesale of tobacco products, cement production, postal, mobile and telephone services, electricity, casinos, casinos, bingo halls and gambling services and night bars and discos), and have an annual income less than 50 million dinars, do not pay the tax.
